Packaging and Shipping
Our products are properly packaged
with exceptional care to ensure your products arrive safely. Products are
shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Individual packaging depends on the unique product and quantity ordered. We try to package all items together to save on shipping,
but sometimes this is not possible. If an item is unavailable and unable to ship within one weeks time, you will be notified and may request a refund.
Fast Delivery
Orders of in stock, ready to ship items that are received before
2:00 P.M. (Central Time) will usually go out the same day. Shipments generally take 2-3 business days to arrive from time of shipment
if shipped via USPS Priority, or 5-10 business days if
shipped UPS Ground. If they are not shipped out that day, they will normally be shipped the following business day. Custom
vinyl orders usually take no longer than 3 business days from the time of order to complete and be shipped out, however, depending on the quantity of custom orders we are receiving, custom orders may take up to two weeks to ship.
Personalized artwork usually takes 3-5 business days
(compare that to others!) and the print will usually be done
in another 2-3 business days. Every custom service has an estimated turn around time stated clearly on the web page. If any item will vary from this estimate or take over one week to ship,
you will be notified.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured, through a shipping company or through us, and guaranteed safe upon delivery. Shipping insurance is included in the total shipping price, calculated upon checkout. If the insurance is through UPS or USPS, and
the package arrives damaged at the fault of the shipping
company, the product will be replaced, at the expense of the
shipping company. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS
Priority. Either way, the product is insured for at least
the amount it is worth. As a customer, you can have
confidence that your product will arrive safely. Other
shipping methods will also be insured. If the product is
lost or damaged from our packaging or handling, the product
will promptly be replaced by us upon receipt of the damaged
goods. Contact us with any questions or concerns about a
damaged shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Prisons, or PO Boxes. Many items only ship via UPS Ground to the contiguous USA with no other shipping method available. Large items (including
prints and lettering) often ship UPS Ground, with available expedited shipping, and available shipping to areas outside the United States. These areas include Canada, Europe, Australia, China, and others, additional shipping charges may apply. If you live outside the contiguous US, please email us before you place your order.
Shipping Notification
You will be notified when your package has shipped within 24 hours of shipping. If the item ships UPS
or USPS Priority, you will receive a tracking number which
is available in your account online. Some items will ship separately, you will be notified of the number of packages you will receive.
