Storing your Decal
If you do not intend to install the decal immediately, store it in a clean, dry location on a flat surface. If it will be stored over a year, we recommend keeping it in an airtight container or bag.
Cleaning the Decal
Once the vinyl is on your wall, cleaning it is just like cleaning your painted wall. If any dust accumulates on the vinyl, you can clean it with a damp cloth without fear of damage. Be careful not to scrape the vinyl as it may come off the wall!
Cleaning your Windows
When vinyl decor is applied to windows or mirrors, avoid using any ammonia based cleaners (like Windex), try to use only mild window cleaners on the decals. Be gentle on the decals, and extra careful around sharp decal edges.
Longevity
Most vinyl on this site is rated to last 6 or more years outside. Decals kept indoors should last indefinately under normal conditions. These ratings are based on normal use. Any abraisive products, pressure washers, or harsh conditions can reduce the life of the decals. Take care of them and they will last for many years!
